In accordance with the European Data Protection Act (Art.13, European Regulation 2016/679) the User acknowledges that Lormar Srl undertakes to treat the User's personal data according to the principles of correctness, lawfulness and transparency and protection of confidentiality. Therefore, the User is informed that:

	A. CATEGORIES OF DATA: subject of the processing may be his personal data such as personal data (first name, last name and date of birth), contact and access data (e-mail and password).

	C. SOURCE OF PERSONAL DATA: personal data held by the Controller are collected directly from the data subject.
	D. PURPOSE OF DATA PROCESSING AND LEGAL BASIS: the processing of your data, collected and stored in connection with the completion of this form, has as its legal basis the execution of pre-contractual measures (Art.6, lett.B) GDPR) for the purpose of *creation of the account* and the legitimate interest (Art. 6. lett:F) GDPR) for the *receiving a birthday discount via email* by entering one's date of birth.
	E. RECIPIENTS OF DATA: to the extent relevant to the stated processing purposes, your data may be disclosed, where appropriate, to other entities related to the processing activities, internal and external to the Controller, such as employees and assimilates, partners, consulting companies, private companies. Your data will not be disseminated in any way.
	F. TRANSFER OF DATA TO THIRD COUNTRIES: the data collected is not subject to transfer to third countries outside the European Economic Area.
	G. STORAGE PERIOD: the collected data will be retained for a period of time not exceeding the achievement of the purposes for which they are processed ("principle of limitation of storage", art.5, GDPR) or according to the deadlines stipulated by legal regulations. Verification of the obsolescence of retained data in relation to the purposes for which they were collected is carried out periodically.
	H. RIGHTS OF THE DATA SUBJECT: the data subject always has the right to request from the Data Controller access to his/her data, rectification or erasure of the data, restriction of processing or the possibility to object to processing, to request data portability, to withdraw consent to processing by asserting these and other rights under the GDPR by simple communication to the Data Controller. The data subject may also lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
	I. OBLIGATION TO DISCLOSE DATA: we inform you that the provision of data is for some fields optional and for others (marked with an asterisk) mandatory and their failure to provide them will result in the non-performance of the requested service.
	J. MODE OF DATA PROCESSING: the personal data provided by you, will form the subject of processing operations in compliance with the above-mentioned legislation and the obligations of confidentiality that inspires the activity of the Owner. The data will be processed both with computer tools and on paper and any other suitable media, in compliance with the appropriate security measures under the GDPR.
	M. AUTOMATED DECISION-MAKING PROCESSES: there are no automated decision-making processes.
